APPLICANT INFORMATION RELEASE CONSENT

 

INTRODUCTION

This document is an agreement which is signed by an applicat for employment. The agreement regulates that the applicant for employment consents to any person, educational institution, or company listed as a reference on the employment application to disclose in good faith any information they may have regarding the qualifications and fitness for employment for the applicant.

The agreement further regulates that the applicant will not hold the company, any former employers, educational institutions, and any other persons giving references liable for the exchange of information.
