WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN INDIVIDUAL, TEAM & DEPARTMENTAL SUBSCRIPTION?
There is absolutely no difference in terms of the content you will have access to as a subscriber. The only difference is that companies wishing to subscribe more than one user can benefit in terms of subscription fees for subscribing more than one user.
HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?
Our Online Services are designed in such a way, that the entire process happens online. As part of the subscription process, you will be taken through all the steps necesarry to get your subscription activated.
CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD?
Yes, we accept credit card payments. All HR Platform credit card transactions are channelled through the Netcash (Pty) Ltd Portal. Netcash acts as the intermediary between HR Platform and the financial institution. Once you click on the "Pay Now" Button, you will be redirected to the Netcash Payment Portal. At this point Netcash establishes an SSL3 secure link with the browser and presents you with a safe and secure online portal whereby you will be requested to enter your applicable information. Netcash complies with Verified by Visa and Master Card Secure Code, which are global programmes designed to make shopping on the Internet safer and more secure for both consumers and merchants. They increase consumer confidence in online shopping by assuring them that Visa and MasterCard, their issuers and e-merchants are working together to ensure a secure online shopping experience. At the same time, it substantially reduces the rate of fraudulent transactions and chargebacks to participating merchants.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE MY SUBSCRIPTION IS ACTIVATED?
Our subscription process is simple to use and can be completed within a few minutes. Your subscription will be activated when we have recieved either a completed debit order form or your proof of payment. Once we have recived the documentation, your subscription will be activated immediately.
WHERE CAN I OBTAIN A INVOICE FROM?
Once you have completed the subscription process, you will be provided with a username and password, which you can use to login to your dashboard. On the dashboard you will be able to download your invoice. Should you however require a invoice before payment can be made, feel free to contact us and we will gladly assist you.
